ABOUT
MICHAEL FOXMichael Fox (AKA Foxy) has a wealth of experience in endurance sports to share with you. He has completed half marathons on sand, the Coolangatta Gold and the Hawaiian Ironman as a Pro in 2017.
Michael has come from a background in Surf and developed through the sport of Triathlon for over 10 Years from a Sprint Distance beginner to a Hawaiian IRONMAN Qualifying Professional.
He has completed many endurance events whilst working as a Secondary School PDHPE Teacher and knows what it takes to achieve athletic performance whilst managing other commitments. Michael worked with different coaches to successfully achieve results in gruelling endurance events and understands what it takes to help others achieve their goals. He believes it is important for endurance athletes to have a strong aerobic training base. The aerobic energy system is the primary source of energy for long distance events and must be trained appropriately, with the right amount of higher intensity workouts to support the steady aerobic development of an athlete. After working for other coaches, Michael created "Fox Endurance Racing" to share his knowledge and experience by coaching athletes of all abilities towards their endurance sports goals. |

Final Surge is computer, tablet and mobile friendly. Training sessions will be prescribed and analysed through this platform. Athlete's can interact through social walls and direct messaging and view resource libraries.
